Which visits can be done in one day?
- Comprehensive structural anatomy scans (18-22 weeks) with direct consultant review
- First-trimester nuchal translucency and risk stratification assessments
Which tests need planning?
- Fetoscopic surgeries or therapeutic interventions (laser, shunts)
- Pre-conception genetic screening and consultation for inherited disease risks
When should the referring OB call urgently?
- Severe pre-eclampsia symptoms (blood pressure spikes, severe headaches, epigastric pain)
- Signs of preterm labor or membranes rupture (leak of fluid)
What documents should the patient bring?
- Emirates ID and health insurance documents
- All previous scan prints, digital records, and physician summaries
